For the soap, we have relied on
This was the name by which Grandma Nina, the municipal midwife, was known to everyone. This was her home. Here, at every hour of the day and night, someone came to ask for her help because a new life had decided to come into the world.
It had all remained there, frozen in time, until 2020, when together with my partner we decided to leave Rome behind and move to the sea. Hence, the idea of adapting the house to a place that could accommodate people who wanted to take a break from their daily lives.
We are a "Museo Diffuso", meaning that we are open and that every element of our city, including the people with their stories, are the great treasure we want to offer to those who visit us. The best way to get to know us is to use all the senses: the taste of our foods, the colors of our lands, the sounds of our voices, the works of our hands, the scents of our fruits. A uniqueness you will never forget.
It is a magnificent place! All the details are superbly taken care of.
Large and cozy rooms, very elegant floors and finishes. A perfect mix of traditional and modern.
Frigobar provided and free of charge. But above all, the welcome and kindness of Simone and Ignazio are unparalleled. Truly a beautiful place, romantic and elegant. In addition, the central location allows you to visit all the historic center of Sciacca on foot. The breakfast at the central bar is very good and is done among the people of the town.
Simone and Ignazio have created a real gem in the heart of the centro storico, the 'must stay' place in Sciacca. The rooms are beautifully presented, housekeeping is perfect. Delicious modern bathrooms reveal themselves in the stylish rooms. The attention to detail in the restoration is outstanding, as are the welcome, and the helpful hints given by the owners who are passionate in their work. Breakfast is in the nearby Bar del Corso, exquisite pastries and good coffee.
