Who we are
We are Ignazio and Simone, a couple who, after years of work experience, have decided to join forces in a common project. Starting from the re-evaluation of what we have, our main desire is to create a network of similar realities close to ours, in an attempt to enhance, protect and promote the identity of the territory, always keeping the concept of community very high.
This is how Domus Aleria was born, from unconditional love for this house and this land.
To re-evaluate these environments, we have preferred minimally invasive materials such as glass and plasterboard that characterize the construction of the bathroom structures, together with the exposed wardrobes and bar corners. The chromaticity and shades of the tiles consequently influenced the colors of the bathroom and bed frames, the only “poetic license” applied, for understandable reasons.
To preserve the strong aesthetic-affective value of the house, we preferred native furnishing elements and recycled material, alongside pieces of contemporary design strictly in line with the nature of the starting context. A strong point is certainly represented by the restoration and re-evaluation of original objects of the house such as chairs, curtains and ceramics.
